(It's 6-10pm so we can focus on golden-hour and long-exposure photography, but also so you can enjoy a night out!)

Release and Liability

Authorization for Emergency Medical Care

I hereby give my permission to camp officials to contact a doctor or emergency medical services on behalf of my child and for a doctor, hospital or medical service to provide emergency medical or surgical care for my child.

Should an emergency arise, it is understood that camp officials will make a conscientious effort to locate the emergency contacts previously listed before any action is taken. If it is not possible to locate the contacts, I will accept the expense of emergency medical or surgical treatment.

Sunscreen Permission

Please apply sunscreen to your child in the morning and include a labeled bottle for reapplication. If, for some reason, this sunscreen is unavailable I give permission to apply sunscreen provided by Camp Photo to my child.

Media Release

During Camp Photo, we will be taking photographs and/or video of participants to use for promotional purposes as well as to aid in teaching portrait photography during camp. Your child may appear in one or more of these photographs or videos. By signing below, I grant Camp Photo the right of publicity to own and use without compensation any image(s) of my child participating in camp.

COVID-19 Precautions

Camp Photo will adhere to CDC guidelines regarding masks and other COVID-19 precautions at the time of camp. I certify that my child will be prepared to follow camp guidance (TBD) regarding masks and will understand safety concerns regarding COVID-19.

Liability Agreement

I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Participant am fully aware of and appreciate the risks of injury, illness, and other damages and losses associated with the participation in the camp despite all reasonable safety precautions. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Participant, knowingly and willingly assume such risks.

I, hereby for myself and the Participant, our heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against Camp Photo, its instructors, owners, or any other member of its staff (“Releasees”) from personal injury or accident suffered by the Participant. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Participant, hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability claims, demands, losses, and damages hereunder.

I certify that I am the parent and/or legal guardian of the Participant. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Participant, hereby warrant that I have read this agreement in its entirety and fully understand and agree to its contents. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Participant, am aware that this Liability and Waiver Release agreement releases the Releasees from liability and contains an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury or illness.

At Camp Photo, we understand that plans change and you may not be able to attend camp. If this is the case, our refund policy is as follows:

- If we can fill your spot in camp and you would like a refund on any date prior to June 1, then a full refund is available.
